Literally, moments after placing my order I received an email from the seller. He confirmed my order and also stated that I could "select" my level of firmness; in fact, he makes the mattresses specifically for each order! I was unsure of how firm I wanted to bed, so I decided to call his #, even though it was 9 pm EST. John, the owner of the company answered on the first ring! He guided me through the whole mattress making/shipping process and helped me select a firmness level that would most suit my needs. What personalized service.
I have since received the mattress and have been sleeping on it for 4 days. It is VERY comfortable, has no smell, was ready to sleep on the day it was unpacked and the whole experience of buying a mattress on-line has been fantastic! After placing my order I received an e-mail from John the owner stating that I have the option of chosing my comfort level at no additional cost. Wow such exceptional customer service was far greater than anything I have experience when it comes to online shopping. The mattress is custom made when the order is placed because customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
The mattress arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Upon opening the package I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the materials used. Most importantly there was no smell from that mattress so I was able to use the mattress that very same night unlike with some memory foams. I have slept on the mattress for the past 3 nights and I am completely satisfied with the restful sleep I experience. This mattress is worth every penny I paid for it and even more. The box it came in looked kind of narrow to contain a mattress, but if you look at the pictures that I submitted, you will see how it was packaged. I unrolled it and cut the plastic (and my hand in the process), and then you could hear the woosh of the air flowing into the mattress. 30 seconds later, I have a mattress that measures at 10.88 inches thick and it appears to be very comfortable.
I will continue this review in a week after sleeping on it.
It has now been a week, and I have noticed that my sleep is deeper with this mattress, and it is very conforming to both my, and my wife's body. The slight odor dissipated after 2 days, and we are enjoying this both very much. I usually sleep with a CPAP due to my sleep apnea, but my wife has informed me that even without the CPAP, I...
